Brendan Crowley, Wexford Bus, named Newstalk’s July Businessperson of the Month

Brendan Crowley, Managing Director of Wexford Bus, has been named Newstalk’s July Businessperson of the Month.

What started out with the simple need to provide a service for local people in and around Wexford town, now has 61 buses on the roads travelling not just from Wexford but also to Maynooth, Carlow, Wicklow, Waterford, and Dublin airport. Brendan established the business in 1996 to operate a service around Wexford Town and the surrounding towns and villages.

Brendan was interviewed on Newstalk about the business he owns and operates with wife Lorene by Newstalk’s Business Editor Joe Lynam. Mr Lynam presents the Breakfast Business programme. This 30-minute programme focuses on the key business stories from home and abroad, market analysis, new business innovations and profile interviews.

Brendan is also President of County Wexford Chamber.
