The Companies Act, 2014 which was for the most part commenced on 1 June 2015 represents a significant reform of Irish company law and shall have far reaching implications for directors, company secretaries and their legal and professional advisors.
This lunchtime seminar shall provide a practical overview of the Act, including the two new forms of private limited company and will highlight some of the more innovative features of the Act, including key accounting issues, summary approvals procedure and the new merger regime.
