BUSINESS MODELLING & VALUE PROPOSITION DESIGN.

South East BIC Consultants will introduce you to the concepts of the business model canvas and how to develop your value proposition in an interactive workshop featuring examples and case studies. A business model describes the rationale of how an organization creates, delivers, and captures value and the Business Model Canvas is a strategic startup and management template for developing new or documenting existing business models. It is a visual chart with elements describing a firm’s or product’s value proposition, infrastructure, customers, and finances. It assists businesses in aligning their activities by illustrating potential trade-offs. It’s a great tool for Start-ups or existing businesses to identify the key building blocks of their business, test their assumptions and change as necessary. It can also form the basis of a business plan.

Stephen Moran, Head of Research & Development at Bank of Ireland will speak about Business Modelling in Emerging Technologies.
