Businesses Invited to Savour the Delights of Dining & Shopping Under One Roof!
Kelly’s Café and Meadows & Byrne, in association with Wexford Chamber, are inviting businesses to join them on the evening of Thursday 15th May from 6.00pm to 8.00pm for a Business After Hours networking event.
A presentation will be made by Bill Kelly, Managing Director at Kelly’s Resort Hotel & Spa. Guests will have an opportunity to taste the delights of Kelly’s Café before browsing around the upmarket selection of furnishings on offer in Meadows & Byrne. This Business After Hours event will provide guests with an excellent networking opportunity to widen their network of contacts, share ideas and raise the profile of their business offering.
The brand new Kelly’s Café and Meadows & Byrne store officially opened its doors at Drinagh Business Park, just outside Wexford town, on 23rd October 2013. Drawing crowds of up to 700 customers daily between them, Kelly’s Café currently employs 25 staff, split between part and full-time posts, while a further 10 people have been employed by Meadows & Byrne.
Looking forward to the event, CEO of Wexford Chamber Madeleine Quirke said, “Although on the outskirts of our town, there is no doubt that Meadows & Byrne and Kelly’s Café is a catchment particularly for traffic approaching Wexford from Rosslare Europort. The tourist in particular is taking the decision to stop in Drinagh and this is having a very positive effect on other businesses in the locality. We are capturing additional interest in Wexford town through this very dynamic operation and I firmly believe that the town and the region will benefit from this increased footfall.”
