Chevron College, in conjunction with the University of Sunderland, are offering a Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership and Change (Level 9 NFQ). This is a government funded Springboard+ programme. The programme has been designed to assist participants with developing skills to become better leaders. Participants will learn how to recognise and apply the theories related to effective management, leadership, and change management.
Participants study part-time via blended learning (90% online). The balance of lectures and workshops, the multi-functional Virtual Learning Environment (i.e. discussion forums), and self-directed study requirements, all contribute to the development of effective independent learning practices. In addition, guest speakers, study advisors, employment support and master classes engage participants in activities that contribute directly to improving their career prospects.
