Located in the lush countryside of Wexford, Creacon Wellness Retreat offers a place of wellness and rejuvenation. Specialising in spirit, mind and body wellbeing through yoga & meditation classes, nutritious food, media free, deluxe accommodation and tranquil surroundings.
Creacon welcomes locals as well as national and overseas guests for that time out everyone requires in order to switch off from their daily routine. This can be anything from a cup of tea in their beautiful gardens with a good book or a catch up with a friend or an overnight retreat with classes and treatments for your overall wellbeing. Creacon’s Well Bean café serves food daily and offers a full a la carte menu as well as pizzas, smoothies, snacks and detox juices. Yoga & meditation classes run daily and are open to the public as well as residents. With a range of different classes for the mind and body, there is something for everybody. Treatments offered range from facials and massages to acupuncture, seaweed wraps, energy therapies and readings. With the latest happenings, many of us have learned how important it is to take time out and look after ourselves inside and out. Auto piloting through life can take its toll and so Creacon may help be a reminder to switch out of that at times.
Yoga & Meditation retreats are available to book all year around and specialised wellness retreats hosted by facilitators from all over the world are available on specific dates. Day only workshops are also available if you do not wish to stay overnight. Creacon Wellness retreat also offers corporate wellness days as well as meeting spaces that are a little more casual and comfortable than the known standard.
Like any other business, Creacon suffered huge setbacks with Covid restrictions and lockdowns. From full closure, the business had to adjust and rethink its offerings. The Well Bean Café switched to take away service and outdoor dining when allowed. With its countryside location, being out of the town brought its challenges. Creacon teamed up with JustEat and offered a food delivery service. Classes and some sessions were offered online over zoom with facilitators working from home and doing their best to facilitate the wellness services remotely.
With the loss of its national, European and American overnight guests, Creacon is thankful for the support from the locals that have enjoyed all that Creacon has been able to offer in the lockdown. The team are delighted to be reopening Creacon doors and welcoming Irish guests in person for that well deserved R&R and very much look forward to getting the international guests back in order to get back on its feet and blossom like it was before the pandemic began. They are taking the safety of visitors and guests very serious and following the guidelines provided by the government and Failte Ireland in order to make you feel safe and worry free.
Team Creacon encourage you to take time out and pop in to visit, be it a cuppa, a bite to eat, treatment, class or a workshop. As from the 5thof July indoor dinning resumes as well as classes for the public. Until then come on over to enjoy some food in their beautiful gardens, a browse in the Many Paths gift shop, treat yourself to a massage or book a stay with all the works. Your wellbeing is always important and Creacon is here to let you experience that.
