Deadline for the 2014 Wexford Business Awards Extended to Wednesday 28th May

Strong interest in this year’s Business Awards has necessitated an extension to our Thursday, 22nd May deadline. Online application forms will now be accepted up to and including Wednesday 28th May at 5 pm.
Wexford Chamber needs the support of all business owners in order that Wexford can continue to build on the progress we have made and help create the jobs we need in Wexford. The Business Awards gives all of us a platform for positive PR. It is encouraging that over the past three years we have seen real progress in Wexford, with 2,400 people leaving the live register and a number of government supported jobs announcements, including Eishtec (250 jobs) and Danone Baby Nutrition (45 new jobs). Across the South East region more than 15,000 jobs have been added over the past year alone.
Please support the Chamber in our efforts to portray Wexford as the place in which to do business. You as a business owner play an important part in our local economy and this event affords everybody the opportunity to profile your business, celebrate and network with other Wexford business people and get some recognition for the hard work and effort expended by you and your staff.
