RTÉ Nationwide to Air Wexford Special
Anne Cassin and the RTÉ Nationwide camera have been visiting Wexford town over the last couple of weeks to film for the full half hour Nationwide programme on Christmas in Wexford – due to be aired on Wednesday 17th December at 7pm!!
What an opportunity for Retail Wexford to really sell themselves nationally and beyond…..Wexford at our best!!!!
The show will feature the various activities and events taking place during the Wexford Winterland, not least the ice skating rink, Christmas tree forest and the story of the real Christmas tree. Also highlighted will be Selskar Under the Stars, a special interview with Mags Cregan-Smart and the story behind Ruairi’s Star in Redmond Square, as well as the fabulous variety of retail outlets in Wexford including The Bullring Market Wexford and the craft market in the Wexford Arts Centre. Not to mention the opening parade, a fascinating story on Kilmore carols and a visit to see Santa at The Irish National Heritage Park.
