Gainfort Academy are delighted to be looking after make up once again for “Love Fashion Love Wexford “on Saturday, 20th September 2014 and are delighted to welcome back Ken Boylan, one of Ireland’s most esteemed freelance makeup artists to lead their creative team.
A regular contributor to leading fashion publications Ken is most notably recognised for his regular appearances on RTE’s The Afternoon Show, and TV3’s Xpose & Ireland AM. He has also worked with a host of celebrities including Pamela Flood, Grainne Seoige, Victoria Smurfit, Lorraine Keane, Glenda Gilson, Amy Huberman, Miriam O’Callaghan, Kathryn Thomas, and Collette Fitzpatrick as well as visiting stars such as Mischa Barton, Minnie Driver, Jodi Kidd, and Kyle Minogue.
Louise Howlin, Fashion, Theatre & Media make up tutor in Gainfort Academy will work with Ken assisted by 2 Academy students who are looking forward to gaining valuable backstage experience.
The Academy has recently been selected in RSVP Magazine Elite selection of “Leading Beauty Schools in Ireland” and reclaimed their title “Training Provider of the Year” for the second time at the recent Wexford Business Awards. With new course schedules starting shortly in Hairdressing, Barbering, Beauty and Complimentary Therapy and new inspiring workshops with Celebrity stylists & industry leaders the Academy continues to support and enhance the high standard of hair & beauty we have come to expect in our local salons.
The Academy will also be represented in the Exhibitors hall & will be giving away vouchers for Make up /Play & the new selection of Christmas gift packs available in store shortly.
