Gorey eatery Ministry of Flavours  are bringing a whole new vocabulary of flavoursome dishes for Wexford to get acquainted with.

Through the many compliments Anslem Diaz and Naleem Tuan have received from colleagues about the authentic food created they thought Gorey was the perfect location to begin. Naleem who is the restaurant’s head chef said “Our cuisine has a blend of South Indian, Indonesian and Thai influence, a melting pot of different flavours, hence the name.

Manager Anslem added, “Gorey has many great choices of food, of course, we thought, why not try to introduce our authentic Sri-Lankan food to the Main Street.”

Naleem’s use of unique herbs and spices contribute to a special encounter which is guaranteed to engage the senses on a whole new level.
