Olga Conway – Dip.Hons, H.Dip, PGCA, LIBSD
Olga attended the Conservatory of Music and Drama at DIT, studying drama for three years and graduating with first class honours. Olga completed her H.Dip from UCD in Drama Studies. Having finished her initial studies she opened a drama school called “Discovering Drama” in 2002 with just 9 students, now nearly 20 years on, the school is thriving with several teachers and over 250 students.
Olga was awarded a PGCA from the Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford upon Avon and University of Warwick in “Teaching of Shakespeare to young people”. Olga also conducts ‘Hands On Shakespeare’ workshops in Secondary schools helping to encourage a love and understanding of Shakespeare.
Theatre Credits include: The Secret Fall of Constance Wilde, Romeo and Juliet, Laundry and Bourbon, Deckchairs in D4, Her Big Chance, A Well Worn Tale(Dorothy Parker, A Touch of Wilde), The Vagina Monologues, Bar and Ger, Dorothy Parker Evening, Our Country’s Good, Lady of the House of Love, Antigone, Macbeth and various roles with Wexford Pantomime Society to name but a few.
