George W. Warren Estates Limited is one of the longest established Auctioneering firms in the country and the best known in the South East. It was founded by the late George Wellington Warren in 1871.
The Warren Family successfully operated and expanded the business for generations. William Gerard Slattery, joined the firm in 1964 and under his leadership the business developed and prospered. Gerry was closely involved in the Auctioneers professional body – the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute (IAVI), throughout his career and was their President in 1998.
Today Warren Estates is lead by sister and brother team Ciara Slattery and Niall Slattery and has continued to go from strength to strength providing property services to our clients in all property sectors.
We are proud members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) which is the leading professional body for construction, land and property professionals in Ireland.
