Menapia Properties was established in 1994 and currently operates from 21 Trinity Street, Wexford. Over the years the firm has developed steadily and now carries a wide portfolio of sales and rental properties throughout the Wexford Town and Rosslare area.
Their mission is to be the preferred Property Service Provider for Vendors, Landlords and Tenants, to thoroughly understand their clients’ needs and to consistently surpass their expectations in providing a Professional, yet Personal Quality service.
The firm is run by Karol Jackson, F.S.C.S.I. F.R.I.C.S. a fully qualified Auctioneer/Estate Agent now known as a Residential Agency Chartered Surveyor since amalgamation with Society of Chartered Surveyors and RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) with her expertise in the area of Property Sales being an invaluable additional asset to her clients. Having trained with Ganly Walters in Dublin in the 80’s she set up her own practice when she moved back to her home County of Wexford in the early 90’s.
Karol has represented the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland as a Stakeholder on the Board of RTB being of assistance in the future to the RTB in changing Legislation for the better of all involved in Landlord and Tenant Rights and endeavouring to help the current Housing Crisis our Country is confronted with.
Karol is also past Chairperson of the South East Region, SCSI from 2015/2017 with the hope of making a difference to endeavours by the Society to progress Construction in Ireland and primarily in Wexford. The Committee meets in Carlow on a monthly basis, however, over the past Covid 19 period meetings have been via Zoom.
As a Residential Agency Professional Group & Properties & Facilities Manager Professional Group Member, Karol attends monthly meetings at Board level in Headquarters Merrion Square in order to represent the South East Members at that level, network, stay involved in changes in the Profession, primarily at legislative stage and help in informing the Government for the good of the Profession and the Public.
While Karol has a wide database of existing clients, she also uses a wide variety of well-established advertising media to locate tenants, landlords, purchasers and vendors alike.
The firm’s administrator is Jennifer Kehoe who has been with the company for many years now. Both ladies pride themselves on providing a professional yet friendly, efficient, and personal Estate Agency service.
