The New Work Junction situated in Clonard Village; Wexford, opened its doors in 2019.  Now in their second phase of the development with, 11 new offices on the upstairs flooring and 62 Hot Desks currently available for occupation.

If you are tired of commuting to the city for work, then this is the place for you!  Why not approach your boss and see if coworking from New Work Junction will work for you? When you work from home it is hard to separate your work life from your home life.

 

Plans available:

  • €125 per month – Two-day access per week normal office hours 9 to 5
  • €155 per month – Flexi Desk gives you 24/7 access to do your work,
  • €195 per month – Dedicated Hot Desk dedicated only to you.
  • €450 per month – Private Office for one person or €490 for two people.

 

There are 67 Hot Desks on the ground floor and a further 62 on the second level.  Each Hot Desk has a large space and is partitioned off from the neighbouring desk.  Several desks are available for immediate occupancy.

There are several eateries close to New Work Junction if you wish to grab a takeaway, which includes; Shops, Cafés, Fast Food and a Hotel within walking distance. Or if you prefer you can bring your own lunch and have it at your desk.

Meeting rooms available for restricted use – i.e. Zoom calls. Unfortunately, boardrooms and meeting rooms are only accessible to members at the moment.

When you are a member of New Work Junction you have access to all their other centres which are based in Rathmines, Co. Dublin, Carlow, and Kilkenny to use during daily work hours 9am to 5pm.

All offices are fitted with a work desk and up to two chairs if needed.  You can bring in your own filing cabinet, printer if you wish, computer or whatever you may need for your business.  Your office is completely private:  locked and you have the key.  Your hours and days of work are not restricted.

Post and parcels accepted at the front desk and will be stored safely for pick up.  Reception is manned during office hours 9am to 5pm – Monday to Friday.

Wexford Local Link stops right outside the door, there is limited parking space at the back of the building.  Rented car parking spaces are available.  Also, there is a secure bike rack at the back of the building available for those who wish to cycle to work.

Due to social distancing regulations desk numbers are limited.

There is opportunity to meet other co-workers in communal areas, leading to networking opportunities.

 

One of the great advantages of New Work Junction is you only have one bill to pay for all your utilities and no long leases to be signed. With your key and fob you will have 24 hours access every day of the year to work hours that suit you.
