Parking passes for employees during Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann

Car park passes will be required for employees to access Park and Ride Car Parks in Wexford town during the Fleadh Cheoil.

These passes will allow the holder to park in any of the Park and Ride Car Parks for €10 for the week of the Fleadh, August 4th – 11th.

The locations of the Park and Ride Car Parks and the schedule for the shuttle buses are available to download on the www.fleadhcheoil.ie website.

Parking Permits are valid for all Fleadh Car Parks. The carparks will open from 7.30am with the first shuttle bus leaving the carpark at 8am. There is no cost for the Shuttle Bus.

Where can parking passes be purchased?

Employers can purchase car park passes on behalf of their employees by emailing parkingpermits@wexfordbus.com.

These passes for the Park and Ride carparks will be available to purchase for the duration of the Fleadh.

On receipt of the email, Wexford Bus will issue the employer with an application template to be completed so that Wexford Bus has the necessary information to print the permits.

Permits will be issued in one batch to each business. Once processed and ready for collection, businesses will be notified by email to make arrangements for collection from the Wexford Bus Office at Redmond Square, Wexford, from 9am-1pm and 2pm-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Organisations are required to distribute the permits to their employees. Individual permits will not be issued to workers by the Wexford Bus team.

How will payments be made?

Organisations must pay for tickets in advance or upon collection.

Payment methods: Electronic transfer (prior to collection), electronic payments, credit card, cheque, or cash.

A receipt will be provided by Wexford Bus.

Organisations can also request a VAT receipt to be issued. Please note that Wexford Bus will issue VAT invoices at a later date.
