The 2015 Wexford Food Festival is Just Around the Corner!

The Wexford Food and Wine Festival is having its 7th Birthday, and following the huge success of the last six festivals, the festival has established itself as a must attend premier food and drink event here in the South East.

Be sure to keep the 21st to the 24th May free when we do it all over again  in the stunning Wexford town. Thank you to the 15,000 people who descended on our streets in 2014 for the weekend basked in sunshine.

The Wexford Food and Wine Festival is organised by a voluntary committee of local people on a non profit making basis. We endeavour to have as many of the events free of charge as possible and some events do have a small cover charge purely to cover costs. Any profits generated are donated to charities and worthy local causes.

This year we will have more Exhibitors than before and an ever expanding waiting list of those who would love to come on board. Closing dates for exhibition entries are the end of March.

It has always been the committee’s intention to improve the festival experience for the exhibitors and the public alike. This year the local authority have committed to keeping the streets clean and the bins empty. We will also be providing better “linkages” between “Selskar” and “South Main Street” with a busker and food trail in operation.

The 2015 festival programme will be bigger and better, providing a tasty schedule of mouth watering events for adults and children plus lots of entertainment, music and fun for all the family!
