The Innovation Imperative

Maeve McElwee, Ibec Director of Employer Relations, will provide insight on the people side of Innovation-based Competitiveness. How can a company ensure their employees are ready and willing to support the innovation efforts of the organisation? What are the HR implications for a truly innovative business?

 

Conor Minogue, Senior Innovation & Education Policy Executive, Ibec will speak about the ecosystem necessary to nurture and enhance innovative enterprise and what you can do to impact this.

 

We will also be joined by local business MSD and Electric Ireland who will provide insight to their experience of innovation and what it has meant for their business.
