Two of Wexford’s leading wedding flower designers are teaming up to offer brides or grooms-to-be, as well as their other wedding party members the opportunity to make their own wedding flowers.
The Wedding Flower Design Workshop is being held at Horetown House in Wexford on Sunday, April 7. Hosted by Aine Kinsella of Tara Hill Flowers and Lennie Wall of Wallflower it aims to assist wedding planners with creating their own unique wedding bouquets and arrangements for a fraction of the normal cost.
“More brides and grooms are looking to create their own, unique floral experience for their wedding day,” Aine Kinsella explained. “In some cases, they have family members or friends with the interest and capability to deliver superb floral arrangements.
“However, many people need a little extra help and encouragement to give them the confidence to take on the task for the big day. That’s where we come in.”
The Wedding Flower Design Workshop will include support in colour selection from the highly experienced duo and creative wedding florists. There will also be advice on the best flower varieties for the big day, colour palettes to select and insider tips on where to source high quality flowers for the special occasion.
The event runs from 10am to 4pm and includes live demonstrations. The interactive workshop aims to create the perfect wedding bouquet for the special occasion. The price for this workshop is €195 and includes lunch. Bookings for the workshop can be made through www.wallflower.ie
