County Wexford Chamber launched its Wexford Fringe Guide in the T Morris Bar, Wexford, on Thursday, 5 October.
Wexford Fringe Festival 2023 takes place from Tuesday, 24 October to Sunday, 5 November, and runs in parallel to Wexford Opera Festival.
Wexford Fringe Festival Guide 2023: bright and engaging
Mayor of Wexford Cllr. John Hegarty officially launched the Guide, which provides essential information on events, ticket information, festival tours, historical attractions and much more. “This is a bright, engaging, and informative publication,” said Cllr Hegarty, adding that the Fringe Guide highlights everything from book fairs to visual arts and more.”
Wexford Fringe Festival is a vibrant festival of music, art, drama and culture, and has something for everybody, offering an eclectic mix of over 300 events over 13 days including cabaret, comedy, dance, film, theatre, photography, music, and visual art, many of which are free to attend.
One of Ireland’s largest Fringe events
County Wexford Chamber President Brendan Crowley complimented the Chamber team for producing a Guide to one of Ireland’s largest Fringe events. There was a broad welcome also for the return of the Singing Pubs Competition, which runs over nine days in 24 hostelries.
