Now in its 66th year, Wexford Fringe is calling artists, performers, choral & drama groups, singers and musicians to submit their Event Listings. This is your opportunity to be included in this year’s Wexford Fringe guide and on www.wexfordfringe.ie. Wexford Fringe is an annual open-access arts festival which will run in parallel to Wexford Opera Festival from Friday, 19th October to Sunday, 4th November 2017.
10,000 copies of the Fringe Guide will be distributed internationally, nationally and locally throughout the South East in early September. Reaching a wide audience the Fringe Guide provides essential information on events, ticket information, festival tours, historical attractions and much more.
The open-access nature of Wexford Fringe means that anyone with a show, exhibition or cultural event is welcome to participate and perform. Artists from around Ireland and further afield will be participating in this year’s Fringe alongside home-grown talent, in all art forms spanning cabaret, comedy, theatre, historical walking tours, literary recitals, book fairs, music and visual art.
The booking fee is €40 + VAT which includes an event listing in the Fringe Guide and website. Event organisers who are looking for an inspirational environment to showcase their work to an estimated 50,000 visitors expected in Wexford this October, are asked to contact Róisín O’Neill at Wexford Chamber on 053 9122226 or email office@wexfordchamber.ie
