Women’s Inspire Network in association with Wexford Chamber and Wexford Chamber Skillnet held a Goal Setting Event for 2016 in the Talbot Hotel, Wexford on Thursday 28th of January which ran from 10.00am-2.00pm.
Ryan O’ Reilly explained how to ‘Harness your drive to reach your potential and accelerate success’ while Karen Power told her story of how a tragic event in her own life led to her becoming a self-published, successful author. Calodagh Mc Cumiskey, who works in the field of personal development, talked about how to ‘Discover your strengths and weaknesses and solve problems so you succeed in achieving your full potential’. Sue Murphy is a personal trainer who showed, three simple steps, how to kick-start your year into and fitter you’. Finally there was a workshop with Samantha Kelly AKA The Tweeting Goddess with tips for Twitter, Live Steaming and how to raise your profile.
