Write By The Sea: Business Writing Skills for Wexford’s Business Community
The Write By The Sea Festival takes place in Kilmore Quay from the 28th to the 30th of September and will feature interviews and workshops with internationally acclaimed writers such as John Banville, Jennifer Johnston and Kit De Waal. This year, the Festival has added a Business Writing Day on Friday, 27th September. Designed to help participants to sharpen their business writing skills, workshops will focus on producing better reports, presentations and CVs, dealing with the media, submitting grant applications and responding to e-tenders.
Speaking about the initiative, Write By The Sea Chairperson, Lucy Moore said: “We are now in our third year of the Festival and we want to give something back to the business community who have supported us so generously. When you put pen to paper, or fingers to the keyboard, what you write has a strong impact on your business. The Business Writing Day will help you get your message across in a clear and professional way.”

with Elizabeth Whyte, Wexford Arts Centre and Responding to eTenders with Elaine Walsh of 053IT.
