Walter O’Leary is a recently retired Law Lecturer from the South East Technological University.  He also worked extensively with their International Office where he was Head of North American Development.   For his outstanding contribution to the University, Walter was conferred with the Fr. John Moore Award in 2017. 

Walter is a former Director (Chairman) of the JFK Trust; he currently serves on the Boards of ETNS, The Eugene O’Neill International Festival of Theatre; The Thomas Francis Meagher Tricolour Celebration Committee and the Board Oversight Committee of NRCU.
