Launch of the Wexford Fringe Festival 2024

County Wexford Chamber launched its Guide to the Wexford Fringe Festival 2024 in the T Morris Bar, Wexford, on Monday, September 30th.

Wexford Fringe Festival 2024 takes place from Friday, October 18th to Saturday, November 2nd, and runs in parallel to Wexford Opera Festival.

Mayor of Wexford Cllr. George Lawlor officially launched the Guide, which provides essential information on events, ticket information, festival tours, historical attractions and much more. “The arts have a unique ability to bring us together and the Fringe Festival is a space where we celebrate what unites us,” said Cllr Lawlor, adding that the Fringe Guide highlights everything from book fairs to visual arts and more.

Wexford Fringe Festival is a vibrant festival of music, art, drama and culture, and has something for everybody, offering an eclectic mix of over 300 events over 15 days including cabaret, comedy, dance, film, theatre, photography, music, and visual art, many of which are free to attend.

County Wexford Chamber President Conor Robinson complimented the Chamber team for producing a Guide to one of Ireland’s largest Fringe events; highlighting that 10,000 copies will be distributed throughout the county.
