Details
The trend in modern leadership is to deal more in truth, realism, and a deep understanding of people – yourself, your peers, your superiors and, most importantly, your employees or team.
Self-leadership, one of the biggest challenges people face today, is a process of consciously choosing your thoughts, which determine your feelings and which ultimately dictate your actions. It is a process of recognising and improving your own leadership, of having a developed sense of who you are, what you can do and where you are going. Mastering your own self-leadership will enable you to be a more effective leader of other people.
On completion of this two-day programme, you will be able to:
- Self-advocate and lead upwards with greater influence, impact, and integrity
- Position yourself more strategically at a higher level
- Empower your employees to be their best selves, through role-modelling key leadership skills
- Influence your team members to take action, so that the organisation’s goals are met more efficiently
- Increase the motivation and accountability of your team, leading to stronger performance, stronger teams and, ultimately, greater success for the organisation
- Consciously build employee engagement, reduce employee turnover rates, while increasing productivity and satisfaction
